Brat Sale
When: July 3, 2009, 10:00 to 6:00
Where: Festival Foods, Onalaska. Proceeds benefit the GALAXY Program and will be used to rent a van, pay gas, and other necessities for our road trip to Appleton, WI, on July 12-15th to participate in the HIV Institute. Come help us have a fantabulous Brat Barn and raise the funds needed for this excellent opportunity for LGBT and allied youth.
July Women's Potluck Group
When: Saturday, July 11, gathering at 1:00 pm.

The July potluck will be hosted by Kathie and Shelly, at Kathie’s lake house. Brats & burgers provided (some will be turkey brats). Please bring a dish to pass and your own beverage.
The theme is outdoor fun so feel free to bring kayaks, canoes or even boats as a landing is 7 houses away. They have a boat, a canoe & a few kayaks to play in but bring what you like.
Brat Sale
When: July 18, 2009, 10:00 to 6:00
Where: Festival Foods, 30 Copeland Avenue, La Crosse. Proceeds to benefit the LGBT Resource Center's programs and help us continue to move forward. We have restarted PFLAG, the Glenda Group for LGBt folk dealing with alcohol and drug issues, and much more. Come out and buy a brat-we need you!.
Out and About Group Activity
When: Sunday, July 19, 2009, Meet at the Center at 10:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Where: Loggers Game, 5:05-8:05. Tickets $5 if purchased in advance. This allows everyone to sit with us in a special Family Section, plus contributes to the money the Center receives. More information: Rosanne 608-784-0452
Guy's Night Out: a monthly get together for all persons who identify as male.
When: July 24th, Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Brat Sale

Where: Festival Foods, Onalaska. Proceeds to benefit the LGBT Resource Center and our work to raise awareness and further dialogue to ensure a welcoming community for all its members including the LGBT community. As we continue to hold events, write letters to the local papers, and have a safe open and welcoming office space available 6 days a week- we continue to make strides for equality. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you at one of our sales.

Just as Glenda was Dorothy’s support in OZ this group is the equivalent for LGBT people struggling with drug & alcohol addictions and issues. Gender Queer/Transgender Gathering at the Center:
When: First Wednesday 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where: 7 Rivers LGBT Resource Center, 303 Pearl Street, La Crosse
Do you identify as gender queer? How about Transgender? Do you ever feel like you don’t fit in because of your gender identity or expression? Then come to a monthly discussion group at the 7 Rivers LGBT Resource Center. The group meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00. Genderqueer – A gender variant person whose gender identity is neither male nor female, is between or beyond genders, or is some combination of genders. This person may want to challenge gender stereotypes and the gender binary system.
Transgender – A person who lives as a member of a gender other than that expected based on anatomical sex.
GNO (Guy’s Night Out)
GNO will meet the fourth Friday of every month at the Center from 6-8 pm. All male identified persons are welcome.
